This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use the Mitkadem service and the payment page at pay.mitkadem.com. It is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations.
1. Categories of data processed
1.1. Account and contact data — full name, business name, email, phone, Telegram identifier (if connected), interface language.
1.2. Business-profile data — business description, niche, working hours, address, prices, target audience, brand style.
1.3. Visual content — photographs and images you upload for content generation.
1.4. Connected-Channel access tokens — OAuth credentials for the platforms you connect. Encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
1.5. Operational data — content generated and published on your behalf, the publishing schedule, campaigns, and strategy.
1.6. Client-conversation data — messages between clients and the lead-bot in your Connected Channels.
1.7. Performance data and analytics — campaign metrics from Meta, operational telemetry.
1.8. Payment data — when you activate a Subscription, card data is processed by the PayPlus acquirer. The Operator does not see or store card data. The Operator retains only the transaction records required for accounting and compliance (receipts, amounts, dates). Israeli tax law requires certain financial records to be retained for a statutory period (currently seven years).
2. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process data to: provide the Service (on the basis of contract and consent); send you notifications and reports (on the basis of contract); handle billing, receipts, and tax compliance (legal obligation); ensure security and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); and improve the Service solely in aggregated and anonymized form. We do not sell personal data and do not use it beyond providing the Service to you.
3. Processing subprocessors
We rely on technical subprocessors to a limited and necessary extent, including: Railway (hosting and database, EU), Cloudflare R2 (archival storage), Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (AI inference — client data is not used to train their models), Meta (Connected Channel), Telegram / Resend (notifications and email), and PayPlus (acquiring of Subscription payments). Subprocessors act under confidentiality and processing-only obligations.
4. Security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); traffic is encrypted over TLS; administrative access is restricted to the Operator; and state changes are recorded in an audit trail. No security measure is absolute; in the event of a security incident that materially affects your data, we will notify you within a reasonable time.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the account is active. Upon a deletion request: (a) soft deletion — a 30-day recovery window; (b) hard deletion — permanent deletion, subject to retention required by tax or other mandatory law (mainly payment records).
6. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to be informed and the rights of access, correction, deletion (subject to Section 5), objection, and withdrawal of consent. 7. Your clients' data
When a client contacts you in a Connected Channel, you are the controller of their data, and the Operator processes it on your behalf as part of providing the Service. The Operator does not contact your clients independently. You are responsible for providing your own privacy notice to your clients, as required by law.
8. Cookies
The Service uses only the essential cookies needed for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the Service application.
9. Changes and contact
